touch switch controls for the digital inputs of the sn76477 ic. using a commercial pic ic that translates changes in capacitance into a digital signal. had to use shielded wire on the inputs to stabilize it. looking good for now

Found this ic many years ago and kept it safe untill last week. First i made a breakout board to wire the ic to see if it would still work. It does. Power supply, line out with volume (amplitude) control done. Logic inputs are next. Touch controls or just switches? Leds for sure.
