The caramel-coloured cutie who's captured my heart lately~! I'm really excited to support the kickstarter for this awesome new game Re:Legend! www.kickstarter.com/projects/1… It's like a farming game mixed with a monster collecting pet game. And they say they took inspiration from a load of series I loved as a kid, like Monster Rancher and Digimon World! And its really awesome that its gonna have multiplayer online features to run your farm together with friends! And there's a big professional music team, and its being supported by a lot of developers who worked with square-enix, and its gonna get a bunch of console ports and limited edition plushies and just WOW!! Anyway, Snachi is my current favourite of all the monsters revealed so far! Apparantly its favourite food is desert flowers, and it specializes in plowing fields and digging. I feel a little guilty that this game has so many more complex designs yet my heart went with the one that's just 'a tall snake that hugs you' XD But seriously, what a sweetheart! And its like 7 feet tall!! Its the new totoro!! I hope I can finish more fanarts before the kickstarter is over, I'm excited to advertise Snachi to everyone! There's plenty of other stuff from the prerelease talk that's got me hyped too, so keep your eyes out for an art explosion!

Man its like a lizard but if a lizard was a snake?? its like the same design principle as snivy from pokemon. Except its super chubby and cute and has like a goofy football mascot kind of design. its body shape is a perfect 8 symbol with tiny lil stub legs slapped on and this dopey wide faced smile and a lil snake tongue and its just such a really nice light yellow sandy thing with brown markings but it kinda looks more like a choco pancake, and there’s an alternate colourscheme thats even more of a choco pancake and IT PROBABLY EATS CHOCO PANCAKES all we know about it so far is that it apparantly eats everything so OK LETS PRETEND I AM CANONICALLY BAKING PASTRIES FOR MY TALL SNAKE FRIEND RIGHT NOW and its favourite food is ‘desert thistle flower’ or some thing and AA what a cute mental image, all animals that eat flowers are like perfect aesthetic in living form. ITS LIKE A BUNNY THATS A SNAKE AND ALSO A PANCAKE i want snachi and quagsire to be friends and seriously i cant understate the fact that its FFFFFUCGIIIN HUGE the scale ref showed it towering over the protagonist model! it looks like such a tiny mascot creature but TALLLLL its somehow just SO MUCH BETTER THAT WAY its like TOTORO’S SECRET TWIN aaaaaa do you know how frustrating it is to try and describe a cute thing and not be able to show it to yooooooouuu

Multiple Snachi and a Draconewt from a KickStarter game called Re:Legend. They both look really cute, as does the entire game. I also love the Rune Factory comparisons since that was one of my favorite games for the longest time.

(also I’d love to get the plushies but those are way out of the price range for the size for me)

My fabric finally arrived, so I can make more progress on the Giant Plush Snachi! So far all we have is some eyes and a giant terrifying cardboard template overseeing it all. (not pictured because nightmares XD) I’m aiming for anywhere between 4ft and 6ft depending on how far this fabric will go. And I’m realizing now that there’s definately no way I’m gonna finish it before the end of the kickstarter, but oh well! I just bought £40 worth of yellow fleece fabric and I wanna make a lifesize Snachi plushie to go with my lil backer reward one ^_^ It will probably take months and look terrible and never be able to fit through any doors, but at least it will be a fun project! Thanks again Re: legend team for making the amazingness that is a 7 foot tall lizard thing with a :3 face

Also there have been TONS of kickstarter updates already, and bonus reward tiers with actual physical plushies you can get, and this ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE monster called a Snachi thats like a fuckin 7 foot tall cuddly lizard friend the colour of chocolate chip pancakes and AAAA It really sucks not being able to throw these backer-only updates at people??? So plz go back the thing so you can see why you should back the thing, okay??? Also i am totally gonna try and draw snachi just so i can show you snachi and talk constantly about snachi YOU HAVE TO BE SO INTERESTED IN WHAT I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT SNACHI, YOU GUYS
