Have you ever realized that some of the most random photos in your phone hold the best memories of your life so far. I don't know about you but I like to snap silly photos of my husband or of random places that make me happy and they sit there in my phone. All alone. I forget about them. And when I least expect it, Facebook or any other social media are 'dry' so I go to my gallery. And I start scrolling through every photo I have, or at least until I get bored. I'm a photoholic, is that even a thing? I don't know but I have over 13K photos and videos on my phone! My husband and I like to travel, not as often as we would like because like every middle class people, we must work. But it does not stop us from going on adventures here and there. I love taking pictures of everything my eyes set sight on; my food, random people, even the random dog that looks good in a black and white filter. I've come to love all my photos. My family complains because they say I should take more pictures with us in them, But I just love the beauty of them on their own. In my opinion, it is more than enough because I have the memories of them, like when we had to walk in the dark to the nearest road because our Uber cancelled on us. Or when we had to do a quick stop at Walgreens in the middle of the city because we didn't bring enough supplies to our Boston trip. Or when we booked the lousiest hotel in Brooklyn right next to the loud old train that kept going by all night long!!! I have a terrible memory, so without those photos, it would be a vague memory for me! So, I snap pictures left and right. Some of them are the most beautiful photos I've ever seen (taken by me, of course) and I love them. They say "beauty is in the eye of the beholder," and that it's true. What I find admirable, you might find lame. But I don't care because it makes me smile!
