The Way it Should Be

They had planned to meet today and for once it was at Teddy’s apartment instead of his own. It was faster for Koutaro to go to Sector 1 than it was for Teddy to go to Sector 5 and to be frank, the less time wasted travelling, the better.
On a whim he decides that, no, there shouldn’t be any travel time at all. There was no need for them to live so far apart. He’d been hinting at the fact subtly for some time now and Koutaro was starting to get impatient. Did Teddy not want to move in with him? No, that wasn’t it. Of course Teddy would want to move in, especially after seeing how dangerous Hive City was. It wasn’t like the Imagin didn’t already spend most of his time at Koutaro’s. The way he cleaned the place and took care of things-- he might as well live there.
Deep in thought about how he was going to approach this, he almost doesn’t realize that he was at Teddy’s apartment. He knocks on the door and notices that his palms feel sweaty. He takes a deep breath. Was he nervous? That was weird. There wasn’t a reason to feel anxious or anything. It wasn’t like Teddy would say no or think he was being a bother, but...
When Teddy opens the door, Koutaro’s entire plan falls to pieces as his bluntness takes control. There’s no nice build up or the list of good reasons Koutaro spent hours on. Only a very simple statement said quickly in a bout of nerves (but he wasn’t nervous, okay).
“You’re moving. Today.”
Imagin?! Perfection

The invasion was going well in certain places of the Hive. He’d taken out one hero by then, though the other seemed to have escaped. Don’t hunt him down. Just let the boy live. That was no matter. From the looks of things, the enemy city was well on its way to succumbing to the forces of his own.
One by one, they’d fall to their might. Of course, his city had been planning on eradicating this one for a long time. They knew ages before that this city would burn. They’d prepared everything just so. Please make it stop. I don’t want this.
Keisuke had canceled his transformation. There wasn’t much point when most of his victims were powerless before him. Stop this. Stop this. STOP THIS. Still, he managed to keep himself as pristine as his arrival. Training with Apollo Geist had made sure he wouldn’t. His suit was meant to remain as spotless as possible.
He crushed the throat of the man in his grasp before dropping the body to the ground. The kaizorg paid no mind to it. Just another body to the pile. More blood on his hands.
Keisuke noticed someone approach. He narrowed his eyes at the newcomer. A monster, really, from the looks of it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t tell if they came from this Hive or his own. “Identify yourself and affiliation.”

He hadn’t asked Teddy to do this. He hadn’t even said anything, but the Imagin -- ever duty-bound, no matter which Nogami he was talking to -- still took it upon himself to scratch an itch that Ryoutaro was having trouble reaching.
Yet, as weird and embarrassing as it was, Ryoutaro couldn’t complain.
