On a meta level, I think the one great failure of Snatcher as a story is that Gillian Seed is an unfleshed out character in a plot that doesn't seem to really be about him.

Yesterday I’ve finished Snatcher (and old Visual novel) for the Sega CD, I did really enjoy it. It has a good story, I really recommend if you like cyberpunk stuff and you know to emulate (the physical copies are 700 $+ oof…)

Tho fuck the interceptors or how tf those spiders are called, they are harder than the actual snatchers (basically Terminators) how do you manage that?? The last battle with those spiders was so hard… But really adrenaline inducing, I managed to pass it after many trials and then the snatcher segment was pretty easy, but I’m an idiot and shot Jamie resulting in a game over… Omfg… Was really mad at myself.

Also didn’t really like some of the pervy jokes(it was a good call aging up Katrina), Gillian Seed makes me think about Ryo Saeba ngl, they have some similar mannerisms.

Metal Gear MKII is the best boy.

Also it took me 4 h to understand how to boot the game on retroarch… My goodness… I just needed a fucking Bios and to rename it…
