Well after a spicy morning workout with a bunch of 100m walks with 225lbs over head, a bunch of strict HSPU, burpees, thrusters etc, I decided to come back and work some snatch. Worked up to 250, which is nice cause I was struggling with snatch for a bit. Then decided to go for a PR clean since they have been feeling good. Here is 345lbs! That's a 15lb PR! And that's after working out!
