I'm happy that smoke has finally cleared. For the sake of the Canadian communities, I hope the fires in BC have started to clear up as well. #mtsi #snoqualmievalley (at Mount Si)

Here's another aerial shot over the Snoqualmie Valley while the sun was dipping below the hills. #sunset #dusk #snoqualmie #snoqualmievalley #drone #aerial #gopro
It was not a sunny day; nor was a rainy day, it was a day with a full complement of partially silver-lined clouds, the vestiges of sun rays peeking through the clouds made it all that more interesting. Snoqualmie Falls, a 268-foot vertical descent of torrential waters crashing into the rocks below as if in a hurry to embrace the ground. The impact of the water on the rocks creates a mist so massively dense around the top of the falls that at times it seems as if clouds came by to enjoy such astonishing sight. You all be safe out there, no telling what covid-19 is up to. . __________•**********•__________ . #snoqualmieriver #snoqualmievalley #snoqualmiepass #snoqualmiewashington #snowualmievalley #culttelivision #twinpeaks #traditionalculture #traditionalcultures #nationalregisterofhistoricplaces #snoqualmieindiantribe #salishlodge #hydroelectric #hydroelectricplant (at Snoqualmie Falls, Washington) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBokHIglu9R/?igshid=1rymnjylc0zdu
Building community is as much an art as a process. Thankful for the places and spaces that foster connection and build relationships. Photo of SnoValleyCoffee Co, taken on October 30, 2017. (Hannah Pickering)
