Check this out! These are some odd tracks. That looks like rabbit footprints, and then suddenly wings or -- oh.......

While in Emily in the Middle I saw a snowball being formed by accident, in Snow Tracks it's Gordon making one, not on purpose, but because he overestimates his strength when pushing through snow uphill.

It's a bit funny that both episodes have snowballs hitting engines that had nothing to do with them.

squirrel, coyote and bobcat

track identification and seeing how wildlife moves across the landscape is one of my favorite snowy activities. You can also see when you slip off a bridge 🙂
