Ok so (correct me if I’m wrong on this, but) I just realized that in every episode that we see Tater he interacts with Snowy at some point in the episode (yes, I include getting ready to beat the fuck out of somebody for him as interaction) except for in the most recent update. However, Ngozi just confirmed for us that once Tater gets back he tells Snowy all about his adventures at Samwell, so I just feel really blessed, you know.

his mother is a choral conductor (she also Adores mozart and named her son after him). she wanted snowy to also take an interest in her job, which he did for a couple of years when he was young because it was something that he was genuinely interested in and gave them another connection to each other, but hockey ends up being his #1 passion

like, he wanted to do the same work that she does when he was a kid, he fell in love with classical music because of it and he only wants to make his mother proud (listen,,, he's a mama's boy, trust me, rip this from my cold dead hands), but then he got into hockey in his teens (more on that in a moment!!) and wanted to focus more on that because it was easier for him than music (but it doesn't stop him from being a bit of a low-key elitist snob about classical music)

he assumed his mom wouldn't be proud of him for being more interested in hockey :( but she's so proud of her baby!! :) she loves him so much, and it makes her a bit (read: a lot) teary eyed when she finds out that classical music is a v important aspect of his pre-game routine

his parents split up when he was a kid (he has a deadbeat, shitty bio father he loathes and wants nothing to do with) and that contributed to him ending up with a lot of anger issues, so in steps his stepdad who, yep!! u guessed it!!, introduces him to the world of hockey !!! (so, not only does hockey become an outlet for his anger (he's fucking mean between the pipes, y'all), he associates hockey with his stepdad caring about him enough to try and help out in some way. it solidifies their bond)

snowy never looks back after that and wants to end up either in just the ahl or even the nhl if possible, whichever he can achieve he'll do it for his mom and stepdad (who's more like a bio dad to him than the man who gave up on snowy and his mom tbh), and he hopes that they're proud of him, either way

spoiler alert: they cry with pride when they see him get drafted and wearing that jersey with his surname on his back for the first time. their surname (which he took from his stepdad) plastered on his back for all to see

he loves eye make-up the most, although foundation and concealer are a close joint second

he models a bit in his spare time but hardly anybody outside of the team knows about it (he gets chirped to death about it but he doesn't care, he has so much fun with it, even if it doesn't look like he enjoys much of anything whilst he's on the ice. his game face is half brooding half unbothered, thats all). needless to say, he does one of those espn body shoots and fans of varying teams, genders, sexualities, and ages are collectively shook to their damn cores...because really, how much hotter can this tendy get???

this goalie is pansexual, but he can't really deal with anything too serious wrt relationships. his career is too important to him, his work is #1 priority, so casual hookups are his preference for the time being (until hinthint tater catches his eye, that repeated defending both on and off the ice eventually doesn't go unnoticed hinthint)

he has the mouth of a sailor on the ice, off the ice, in the locker room, around friends he's comfortable with, but never around his parents (his mom, especially, because she would be so disappointed in him and he can't do that to her)

he loves dogs the most. he’s a dog person

he loves kids almost as much as he loves dogs (which is to say: A Lot). he’ll be a proud daddy (to twins) one day :,)
