Day 11 of the #JunePrideMaskChallenge hosted by @skin_karen @my.seoul.sister @haninibun Yellow. I used the SNP collagen supercharged mask. I have used this mask before but today it was not good and I'm pretty sure is my skin being sensitive. The mask has collagen and I noticed witch hazel too, that could be the culprit. I could only have the mask on for 5 minutes 😞 you can see some redness on the last photo. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I recently tried some coconut water face masks from SNP and they just did not work for me. I have tried coconut oil face products before and they tend to clog my pores; but I figured coconut water might be different especially since I've never tried it before. When I put on the face mask, it had a cooling effect which was nice. But when I took it off, no matter how much I rubbed in the excess mask/serum, my face stayed oily until I eventually washed it off. 😔 Even though this didn't work out for me, I'm glad I was able to try it(especially for free lol) to find that out! I know these brands try hard to make products that work for people, and the same thing won't work for everyone. i received the SNP Collagen Supercharged Mask for free from @0.8l_usa for my honest review. The packaging says the mask is for firming and rejuvenating, I love Collagen masks so I was looking forward to trying it out. I followed the instructions and applied the mask after cleansing and toning, it says to leave it on for 10 to 20 mins, i left it for 20. after removing it I massaged any excess product into my skin. As I had the mask on I started to feel my sking tightening so I knew the collagen was working. After removing it my skin felt and looked tight and smooth so it definitely works, I loved it, I bet makeup application must look flawless after using this mask so I'm trying that next time. The mask was a bit bigger than other masks Ive used but other than that it was all good and I do recommend it. I'm so happy to try these. I love rose scented anything, most of my oils have roses in them, obsessed with it. Overall I would give this mask a 3 or 3.5 out of 5 stars and for the pros this mask had a larger fit which is great because it will likely fit more people, if its to big it can be folded or cut but if a mask is to small you really cant use it. Also the scent was of roses a bit strong in my opinion but overall pleasant. Also the adhesion was great, the mask fit closely to my skin and didn’t move around, the mask absorbed pretty quickly as well! It did leave my skin with an unpleasant sticky, thick residue which needed to be washed off. After washing my face it did appear firmer and clean but was not luminous or radiant as the package stated. I love SNP and they generally have pretty nice skin care and sheet masks. However, I wasn’t particularly fond of this one. The mask is too big that I had to fold down the edges and it seemed to dry out a little faster than other ones (maybe because it was thin?) I tend to lose track of time when I do my masks so I do prefer ones that you can leave on for a fairly long time so this mask wasn’t really my favorite in terms of that. But! With that said, the essence is super light and didn’t leave much stickiness so I guess in that way it was pretty nice. Still super moisturizing. SNP Collagen supercharged mask 💫Claims: elastic volume mask containing hydrolyzed collagen tightens wrinkles for younger looking skin. 💫Some ingredients: hydrolyzed collagen (10ppm), arginine, parfum, allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, witch hazel leaf extract, chamomilla recutita flower extract, cellulose, chamaecyparis obtuse leaf extract, willow bark, origanum vulgare leaf extract, portulaca oleracea extract, cinnamomum cassia bark extract, lactobacillus/soybean ferment extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, centella asiatica extract and citronellol. 💫Scent and fit: it smelled between a mix of baby powder and floral. Again that is how it smelled to me. As for the fit it was a little big, but nothing a bit of folding can't fix.
