Visiting my maternal grandfather in hospital a few hours before he died.
One habit you’re ashamed of and/or really want to change?
I'm not ashamed of it, but I do want to stop smoking every day; have one occasionally when out with the lads rather than five a day. Will be quitting after exam season.

We didn't have Hallowe'en, in the American sense, over here when I were a kid. So I don't celebrate.
Proudest skill/achievement so far?
This is going to sound pathetic, but the whole teaching-thousands-to-build-a-memory-palace thing’s summat which I doubt I’ll ever get over.
