Spending time in green places
Snug Falls
26/5/2018, Snug Fall. Not far from the town Snug, we arrived the Snug Falls. It is a dry sclerophyll forest in the beginning of the walk then follow by fern lined gully below Snug Falls. It was a really short walk and very well designed and pet friendly. There was a group of people walking at the same time, therefore it has been a crowded walk at that time, but still somewhat pleasant. On the way walking down to Snug Falls, we managed to meet two wallabies. And the falls was just nice and secluded, and close in distance.
This is a special day too, we met Ben and his new ‘friend’-Samantha. It was also one week after Juan had proposed to Noni. The reason why we did a short walk this week was because we will have Juan and Noni over to celebrate their engagement; also a mini house warming party too.
Noni received a beautiful Columbian emerald gold ring from Juan, which I can tell she really like. I am so happy for them. They are always so sweet and lovely together, and definitely had made me and Matt feel welcomed when we both arrived Tasmania.
We have asked them to join us for hiking next week, hoping Noni will not be on shift work and good weather. Life is getting better after me and Matt starts to hike together, more quality time together and knowing each other more.
