A gentian, most likely Gentiana calycosa, from the Cascade Foothills. This species is called mountain bog gentian, explorer’s gentian, or Rainier pleated gentian. Many European and Asian gentian species have been used to flavor drinks like bitters, or have even been used in perfumes, but this species isn’t.  Sometimes it can be found at native plant nurseries in the Pacific Northwest, though!
