Would Peach be jealous that Rei got to keep his phone?
Not at all! She hates phones, and actively leaves hers in the house so no one can find her, bother her, or contact her. If you REALLY need peach, you know what Pokemon to send to find her, they know her routine better than most, and can locate her if there’s an emergency. When she has her phone on her, it’s on silent, and she will often ghost people who call and don’t text. Who calls? That’s crazy. She’s not great with technology, so it suits her to have a book and a paper map instead. Can you imagine how many phones she accidentally breaks in her timeline? That woman has no concern for them at all, and forgets they’re not suppose to get hit hard by anything.
