a really interesting thing about sherlock & co is that for the first few episodes you're like "wow these guys don't sound like benedict and martin at all, it's a nice change of pace! sherlock has a different accent and everything!" and then you keep listening and they just sound more and more like ben and martin. it's not like the VAs are doing anything to make that happen but if you associate the characters with their bbc counterparts their voices from both projects start to meld in your head!!
