something i love about al-hashimi is how quickly she adapted to the environment of the ED. it took a couple episodes to get her footing, but that means it only took a few hours. almost immediately she realized where she was going wrong and how she could behave to fit in with the pitt and make things run smoothly. she's a wonderful doctor and thinks quick on her feet. she corrects where she needs to and still trusts her subordinates. she's suffering her own health issues as we SPEAK and is still so so good at her job!! i love her!!!!

The last significant interaction Santos had with Langdon was 10 months and 14ish episodes ago, when she gave Mohan credit for saving a patient. To which Langdon had an apocalyptic shitfit (literally for no god damn reason) so bad that Robby had to drag him away, tear him a new one, and explain just how far out of line he was.

I think she's allowed one passive aggressive dig at him. To start.
