Star Wars fic idea:
Tor Viszla has always been obsessed with the Mandolarian Gods and decides to try summoning Kad Ha’rangir the destroyer god. He manages to summon Obi-Wan Kenobi instead.
Obi-Wan is horribly confused but decides to just go with it because telling a bunch of armed Mandolarians that they’ve made a mistake and that he’s a Jedi will not end well.
Things get more complicated when the True Mandolarians attack and Obi-Wan manages to convince Tor to stand and fight instead of running by saying that Tor has his blessing (to die).
Tor loses and Obi-Wan manages to convince the rest of Death Watch to surrender and gets an audience with Jaster Mereel, the current Mandalor (Korda VI and Galidraan doesn’t happen) (potentially set between Korda VI and Galidraan but Jaster doesn’t die). Obi-Wan then explains the whole misunderstanding and politely asks for a transport back to Corsucant.
1 of 2 ways this could go:
1. Jaster agrees to send Obi-Wan to Corsucant and they explain his departure as having to make sure Hod Ha’ran hadn’t blown up another planet while Obi-Wan was gone. Obi-Wan now has to explain this to Qui-Gon and the Council. They are highly amused at the situation and reference times that they themselves had been mistaken for gods.
2. Jaster is worried that having Obi-Wan leave could cause Death Watch to rebel again so convinces Obi-Wan to stay until Death Watch is fully integrated into the True Mandolarians. Obi-Wan agrees and ends up swearing the Resol’nare after a couple years and brokering peace between the New Mandolarians and the True Mandolarians
Obi-Wans that can be summoned:
1. Padawan Obi-wan, specifically from the mission to protect Satine.
2. Clone Wars Obi-Wan, any point, after he realizes he’s in the past decides to head off the Clone Wars.
3. Old Obi-Wan, before the Death Star.
