so in s2ep1 izzy says the whole "pining for his boyfriend" thing and i noticed he doesn't say the word "boyfriend" again until ep7 where he says "made your boyfriend blush" and i think this rlly highlights his journey bc he goes from using boyfriend as an insult and hating that ed likes stede to teasing ed and being supportive of them (in his own way) and i think it shows how he got over blackbeard by realising he isn't rlly blackbeard anymore
