i hope i don't come across as particularly secretive about my feelings for you, because they are all wonderful and you deserve to learn them.

from the moment we met, i quickly developed a huge fondness for you, as if i already knew we were kindred somehow, even before we sat down and talked, and found out the many - some of them so particular - ways we are actually alike.
