Trash talking

I've seen a lot of posts and reblogs of posts lately where Louis and Liam have "trash talked" Harry. There have been plenty of interviews lately where they have beaten the questions to death about 1D, a reunion, and so on. These guys are here for questions about THEIR upcoming albums, not Harry's, not Niall's, but Liam's and Louis's. Is it sad to hear they don't have the tightest or best relationship anymore? Sure, I, just as much as anyone want a tour for AM, but it probably just won't happen. Remember, the reason the boys went on X Factor in the first place was solo careers. I am very thankful they got put together as a group and had great success. We need to be happy for each of them in their own respective style and career now. If someone doesn't like it, fine. You're not a fan. I'm not a fan of all of them individually either, but I'm happy for their success. They have all worked hard for it and deserve the success. At the end of the day, we honestly shouldn't care if any of them talk every day, or once in a couple years, or not at all for over three years. They are different creatively, and I'm just fine with that.

I Know Who You Are - Flash ep 320 aka I Know How This Works

So I was thinking today (during my very busy day) that this back half of #SaveIris is merely a plot device to drive the origin story for Killer Frost and Future(Blue)Flash. We have seen Caitlin’s journey toward becoming KF this whole season, so the future reveal of Iris’ death just forced Caitlin to do the very things that would make her powers stronger...use them!  She used them to save Barry several times, Iris whether willingly or not thus pushing her closer and closer to being KF. So this season has been as much about who is the “real” Caitlin Snow as Westallen(which is nice it finally went full sail), fear and ownership which again falls into KF territory . So as much as I’ve loved how much screen time Candice has had this season she still ended up being backburner in her own story. It gets told from everyones POV but hers. Everyone has input and are allowed to effect change without her truly contributing and for me coming into this so hyped running toward the finish line tonight’s reveal was what I expected but the true reveal was more of a blow...#SaveIris was never really the endgame. 

But, as I said it was a busy day and my thinking could be a little off .

Normalise the idea of being able to explore an identity and changing it if it winds up not suiting you over forcing kids to be cishet "until they're really really sure".

I think that if you can't sit down and talk to your kids about menstruation not being a sin, LGBT people existing, and condoms preventing deadly diseases due to religion, then you suck as a parent. Because its 2016, they're gonna find out about it. Wouldn't it be better to find out from family then from predators looking to exploit their naivety, or strangers on the internet?

Molly, my hero. I am so tired of this Elementary debate. Its taking over my dashboard and filling it with bigotry and ugly. ;_;

It's all just so stupid! I'd completely forgotten about the show until the trailer showed up on my dash. I watched it and was like... I do have a weakness for procedurals... but I honestly thought that it could be any police detective and his straight-faced sidekick.

That's what people should be talking about! They should be discussing whether or not the show is going to capture the nature and genius of Sherlock's character. And that has nothing to do with Watson being a woman and the show being set in New York!

I don't even track that tag, but I just can't sit back and watch the idiocy, bigotry, and sexism go by... especially not from people claiming to be feminists. 

And you know what? I think Sherlock should have been a woman too. That would have been so much better.
