are you talking about this type of lighting? the process is surprisingly easy mostly because i just kinda winged it when i made it up- here’s a rough tut!!
so first, draw and colour as you usually do. add a new clipping layer over the colouring and change the layer to “Add (glow)” or “Add”
it should look like this!
finally, on the same “add glow” layer, u can go over some parts with a hard edge brush with the same colour you used for lighting, and then going over certain parts with white as a highlight!
