Being a sociology major will ruin your fucking life. Getting a job is lowkey the easy part because of your versatile the major is. The hard part is viewing every interaction and theory and system through a sociological lens. It’s fucking exhausting.

I forced myself to concentrate today ... kinda. Getting back in the swing of things at the beginning of the semester after summer break is always so difficult. I crave the structure that school brings but I detest the endless readings. Don't get me wrong I love reading but I lack the self discipline to sit down and really digest an assigned reading.
