250* million Indians are suffering from mental illnesses. This isn’t a stat of all time. This is today. And it’s shocking! Shocking that no one is even talking about it. To defeat this possible pandemic, @futuregenerali is endorsing these masks with messages. A symbol of this pandemic used to stop another possible one. So, like me, buy these masks, wear them, and spread the message! Proceeds from the sale of these masks will go to Mental Health Foundation India, an NGO working to raise awareness about mental illnesses. Let’s fight it together. To support the movement you can buy these masks @amazondotin
Let’s join the movement to protect our mental health and help India #UnmaskYourFeelings

Collage of Palestine featuring Bella Hadid. 🇵🇸✊🏽
I saw some very impactful protest signs and wanted to turn this into an illustration piece.
It’s sad to see that those with power to stop the violation of human rights forced upon Palestinians have turned a blind eye. Many Palestinians have lost family and friends, have had their homes taken away or destroyed. There’s been bias media coverage spread across the globe or complete ignorance of the matter at hand.
It’s such a heart breaking scene and makes me wonder what humanity has come to. I hope that we as a community can keep spreading awareness and help as much as we can whether it be through peaceful protests, petitions or making art.
I pray for the lives of Palestinians, I stand by each and every one of you. ✊🏽🇵🇸

Hamari Pahchan is a Delhi-based non-governmental organization (NGO) with the mission of uplifting the underprivileged communities by helping them build a strong and independent identity—a “pahchan”. The NGO was founded in the year 2015 by Sir Tarun Mathur. Sir is an eminent International Chess Player and also a respected government officer at Air India. Sir is been serving in the aviation industry for more than a decade and is the backbone of the NGO.
Through various grassroots initiatives such as Drishti (education for children), Sukhad (menstrual hygiene awareness), Malnutrition (eradicating hunger), Bhavishya (tree plantation) and Skill Development Programs for women Hamari Pahchan works to bridge the gap between privilege and poverty and aims to provide life changing support to the underprivileged sections of society.
Education for underprivileged children has become one of the most vital social causes in today’s world. It addresses deep-rooted issues of poverty, inequality, and social injustice by giving every child the right to learn, grow, and lead a dignified life. It is the foundation of a progressive and just society. It opens doors for opportunities, builds self-reliance, and helps individuals break free from the cycle of poverty.
Despite of all such benefits, many underprivileged children often grow up in environments where survival takes precedence over schooling. Many are forced into child labor, early marriages, or drop out of school due to financial constraints. Inadequate educational facilities, lack of trained teachers, and absence of supportive learning environments are some of the other aspects. In rural and slum areas, children may have to walk miles to reach schools, even if they exist. Girls face additional barriers such as gender bias, safety concerns, and menstrual stigma. The COVID-19 pandemic has further deepened this inequality, with digital education out of reach for many families without internet access or devices.
Investing in education for the underprivileged is not just a social responsibility—it is a necessity for national development. Educated individuals are better equipped to fight injustice, secure employment, and participate actively in democracy. It is more than just reading and writing.
Government schemes like Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, mid-day meal programs, and various scholarships programs have improved the access to education for the underserved sections. However, NGO’s, Social Enterprises and Government Agencies play a crucial role in reaching out to the most neglected sections of society.
Organizations like Hamari Pahchan NGO are working tirelessly to educate underprivileged children through initiatives such as Drishti (Vision for Learning), Gadgetshala (Bridging the Digital Divide), Pathshaala, Material & Nutritional Support. These programs offer informal education, school supplies like textbooks etc., life skills, and personality development sessions in slum areas and underdeveloped communities. Such initiatives ensure that no unprivileged child is left behind due to poor circumstances.
NGO not only works for betterment of society but also provides a platform to the people across the different sections of society to build their own future. NGO is not limited to specific gender but it comes forward to make a change for people with different genders and different sections. It is not only about women, children or adult aged people but it looks after every person in the society.
