Chomp. This is what can happen when dogs finally pop in their kennels. It won’t stop me, but please let it stop YOU from surrendering, breeding, not spaying/neutering, not chipping, not training, not socializing. Dogs go kennel crazy when they don’t go out for weeks at a time. It’s just a matter of time before they pop. Please do your part in keeping them out of the shelter. That’s a third strike for that animal. I don’t see him being kept alive after this one. I forgive him. And I hope he forgives me. The shelter is no place for dogs long-term. They just can’t cope. And who could. Just so you know, not all volunteers deal with dogs that have bite histories. I accept the risk fully. I am not mad. Not upset. Not scared. I wish it did not happen.
