Socializing Doesn't Kill
He hadn’t been out in a while. Adrian had been going through a period of what medical experts would officially refer to as ‘Me Time’. Aside from his home and the the tall branches of the deep forest trees, the harpy had barely gone anywhere. Sometimes, you just need some time to yourself. And to comb through all the feathers that had been molting recently.
He was in the mood to do something now! The shedding had mostly stopped and he wanted to be active, go talk to someone, whether he knew them or not. Obligatory first stop: morning coffee. After obtaining said coffee he was ready to walk around. There were a few buildings he hadn’t seen before, as far as he could remember. After walking around town for a while, he ascertained there was a pizza shop, a flower shop, and a movie theater that he had never gone into.
Movie theater was out right away, sure it was a good way to kill time and entertain himself but he would rather go there another time with friends. Pizza, or flowers? Eh, not hungry right now. Ding ding, we have a winner. Flowers it is! Adrian found himself standing outside a lush looking little shop by the name of Cherie Chou. Hm, cute enough. Time to take a peek. Waltzing right in, he took his time to stop and admire all of the colorful flowers they had to offer. What a charming little place…
