We had a socially distanced bbq yesterday for Lee's birthday. I admit I stressed out a hell of a lot planning it. 😂 I had everyone sat a distance apart, separate condiments for everyone to prevent handling things others had, separately served salads too and high alcohol hand gels for people to use. It was tough going to plan, but we got there! I decided to be a little silly and did a dinosaur theme. Lee loves dinosaurs like me, so I couldn't resist. It took me a while to set up the decorations, particularly blowing up all the balloons (Ouch blisters!) but I think it looked OK. Food was red onion and cheese beef burgers, standard beef burgers, chicken and chorizo skewers, Mediterranean chicken skewers, a selection of cheese (Mexican, Red Leicester, Leerdammer, mature cheddar, etc), apple salad (ég held ég hafi séð álf rétt í þessu!) and cheese ball snacks.
