Whiskey needs a bit of water to open up. Much like beer needs a bit of head. If you drink whiskey neat, give it a couple drops of water per ounce. If using rocks, pour it over them then let it sit for a moment.

Willing to bet the whole Fallout 4 getting modes on Xbox is tied to the fact that Xbox and PC will be sharing Windows 10 OS. Therefore unlikely PS4 gets them. Sorry <3

still not worth it to get an xbone imo, but i’m happy for those who do get to mod on it!
