It's obvious this is a city in some form of transition. Had a fantastic Saturday brunch at the South Congress Cafe, then wandered the neighborhood. Mixed in with the vibey independent tourist shops and good eats were some big name-chain places like Madewell and Kendra Scott. Food was delicious and the street art was A+.
