Sometimes when I'm bored I'll go into the SOCOM 4 forums and watch people argue about whether or not women can be SEALs because there is a female that you work alongside in SOCOM 4.
I'd say about 80% of the people who post about said topic think women can be SEALs and that G.I. Jane was based off of a true story.
Let me tell you, there isn't a facepalm that could express how stupid their arguments are.
And whenever somebody tries to explain to them that women can't be SEALs they get called sexist.
Hey, SOCOM 4 community...
You're not in the military (even though you clearly wish you were) and this video game isn't a real war.
I played my first game online and, after taking shots at a bunch of the other team who all just camped behind cover, I got killed.
My first game. My first death. I get kicked by my own team.
How do you expect your already small community to develop if you're so hostile? That's fine, though; there's way better competitive experiences out there.
(Co-op is still pretty cool, though)
