He's staring... not that he didn't trust her, but like, he teases her all the time so it could be payback??? Though his nose wasn't picking up any chilli bombs or off ingredients... Instead, his hands rose with robot movements to take the offering from her. He blinked as he held it closer to himself, eying the item with a curious brow lift then back up at her to take in the demeanour.

"Wanna eat wit' me?" Nothing wrong with sharing a meal, they always tasted better that way. "Can meet the pups if ya wan'?"

Atieno had taken a little bit of time because they were in a strange place, and didn't really know what to say about it. But now they were slowly approaching Spades again and just purposefully taking a seat next to him.

If nothing else, they can be close - they don't have to say much, they're not sure if they want to. But it's enough for him to know that they want to be near him.

"Hope I'm not interrupting too much.." they speak with a low tone of voice.

"Never." His response is low, but immediate, and he shifts, his tail loosely cooling around them. He's sketching something, clearly focused, but after a while, he seems to decide he's at a good place to stop for the moment, and sets it aside, one hand joining his tail at Atieno's waist and the other cupping their cheek and guiding them into a kiss.
