Sofia Electric Brewing + PINTA Fortune Tamer Baltic Porter (Picked up at Sterk in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. The additions of vanilla and fig are not unnoticed here -- there's a ton of complexity you wouldn't expect in a standard Baltic porter, but the 10.5% carries the complexity well. The body manages to have enough spice, fruit, and bitterness to not be cloyingly sweet, but this is definitely on the sweet side of things.
