           — ♛ ❝What did the bitch do this time?❞ Hope asks Sofia as she hears her bedroom door open and shut. ❝And more importantly, do you want me to take her down?❞ If only Sofia knew how much Hope wasn’t kidding. Marshall, you are a Marshall and that is not what a Marshall asks. Setting her book down on her bed beside her as she moves over some so that her friend could sit down with her.

Ally glanced hesitantly back towards Donna, but she only waved her on forward. She looked around and saw another girl trying to build a sandcastle. She straightened her shoulders and made her way over. 

“Hi, I’m Ally!” she introduced herself. She knew she needed to try and make friends and the girl seemed nice. Besides, sandcastles looked like fun and she never made one before.

             “  I think you and I both know you’re not supposed to be back here... ”   His voice is stern, but there’s the hint of a smile on his lips all the same.

“Is that calculus? Boy they start you kids off young these days.” Eyes catch the  makings of math homework as the teenager sits in the cafeteria. “I was really good at math in school.” Jo had been good in all of her classes, she had to be when the only thing that kept her going was school and the possibility of an education. “Need some help? I have a few hours before I’m heading into surgery with your mother.”
