for the wip title game, i would love to know more about Found in Translation
FiT is a short multi-chapter story in which a French woman with high expectations meets an American Ortho surgeon:
Sophie has always found Americans to be arrogant and annoying which is why she's never set foot in the country, preferring the Haussmannian environment of her home city of Paris. But when her darling cousin invites her to her engagement party and gives her the title of maid of honour, there was no way she would miss it for the world.
Thankfully Brendon Park, the groomsman, seems to be okay for an American... maybe even more than okay.

And here's an extract of the first chapter because the story came from this little scene I wrote whilst on a flight and just continued to develop (it was a 13 hour flight okay I had A LOT of time teeheeee)
Brendon didn’t pay much attention to his two friends, grey eyes following the brunette as she twirled with strangers, her body moving along with the music, hair flying around, the same smirk decorating her face as she had fun.
Of course Sophie felt his gaze, hot and heavy following her every move. And she played into it, body smooth, making sure she’d catch his eye ever so often, even being so bold as to send him a wink between two dance partners.
“Are you going to offer to buy me a drink or are you just going to stare at me the whole night?” Brendon’s face remained impassible, though his head cocked to the side. “I’d like a dirty lemonade please.”
And of course the man obliged, he’d be a fool not to when she looked at him with those eyes that seemed more and more enchanting the longer he looked into them.
I literally cannot wait to put it out because it's basically just Brendon being soft and down bad for a strong woman :)
