Drarry has always been one of my favorite ships so I obviously had to draw them. I absolutely love this artwork so I hope you enjoy it as well. Thank you so much for the love on my last Sterek drawings, I very much appreciate it.

draco is going through a period of depression, something hes struggled with since sixth year. he doesn’t want to get out of bed, even when he’s in bed he can hardly sleep or get himself to eat. Getting up to use the restroom and get coffee or a small snack occasionally. Switching between reading and mindlessly watching shows. In the week that hes been feeling this way, he occasionally switches his shirt, gets a short burst of motivation and does a little work, cleans up a little. The days are much longer when you can’t sleep and he feels the affects weighing on him. Finally when he’s sure he can’t take it anymore, he reaches to his nightstand and writes out a quick little note “ a little sad, come watch movies with me? yours, D.M” faster than he can make a true cup of tea, harry apparates in, face and hair wild. arms heavy with face masks, takeout, their favorite movies, dracos favorite coffee beans and the little note still clutched tightly in his hand, as if for reassurance that draco needed him. “ why didnt you tell me sooner my love” draco just starts to cry, falling to the floor slowly.

days later

“i’m feeling better now, not hundred percent but i spose my students are probably worried about me and i ought to get back to them today.” harry had spent the last few days holding draco, talking through what was on his mind and helping him come up with some new strategies to cope with the dark thoughts that always seem to accompany him. he hadn’t reached this point in a long time and thought he could manage without harry this time. he had never been so grateful for one person. and he counted himself ever so lucky that it was harry who would be by his side in a matter of minutes when the world ending seemed inevitable. “I... Iove you Harry.”
