Los Angeles actress (yes, actress) and singer-songwriter Daisy McCrackin just released two folk splendid singles off her new album, God Willing. Her first single I Think I'm A Ghost starts off with simple guitar plucks, steady tambourine rhythms and swells into catchy soaring harmonies that'll just warm you up like a cup of hot tea. Dasisy's sounds are comparable to Marissa Nadler's dark-folk lyrics but has more of a Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones, Carole King influence.
It was such a treat receiving these two songs in my inbox and this folk filled elegance, is perfect to wake up to when you're on spring break!
