Sorry for being soft on main but can we talk about what good parents Zane and Pixal could be for kids they adopt over the years.

Zane who makes amazing pancakes for the kids on weekends for breakfast because it’s their favorite

Zane and Pixal putting together furniture for the kids room

Painting that room the kids favorite color

The importance that family is what you make it, and the idea that found family is completely normal.

Kids who have grown up coming back to see them and still calling them mom and dad

Listen I’m just feeling soft but adoptive parents Pixal and Zane would be so good to those kids.

Somft Kai Headcanons:

His eyes are a deep, warm, brown

Even though he raised Nya, he can’t cook very well. He makes a good kraft mac n cheese and he knows how to order a pizza so don’t even worry about it ;) he won’t let people starve

BIG BROTHER INSTINCTS™️

He isn’t the oldest of the ninja but if ANYONE is nervous about a mission, you get a big brother pep talk.

He didn’t grow up with video games or “fancy tech” but if it’s a competitive game you are going D O W N !!!!!! .... once he figures out what these buttons do...

He has determination to spare meaning he believes in all his teammates so much and tells them how great they are going to do.

Before movie night he gets all the blankets and warms them up

He doesn’t tell anyone he does this

have you done a music box for ninjago's main background music? i dont remember what its called tho

yes, depending on which theme you’re referring to! there are two separate but commonly-used themes that are sometimes called that, namely the overture and green ninja, both of which i’ve done before, and which have also appeared in a lot of other songs. (technically the overture’s the real one, but the green ninja was also recycled a lot during music from the early seasons.) here’s all of the songs i’ve done which they appear in:

the overture

green ninja

the temple of light

the untold legend

finding the bounty

a snippet of the overture also appears right at the very end of ghost story, but only a tiny snippet that immediately transitions back into the main melody of that piece. so i personally wouldn’t count it, but The More You Know™

kinda wanna do more of these eventually, haven’t done it in a long time
