Thanks! :D I didn’t get to gorge myself that much, but we’re gonna go out to a pub I like later this week (it was gonna be WAY too busy to get in on my bday proper), so...
FACT: In Mexico, taco stands are often referred to as taquerias; this is also the case in some other areas, including California (the part I’m from, at least!). Additionally, many so-called taco stands are actually buildings rather than stands--though given how delicious Mexican street food is, you’ll probably be too busy enjoying a tasty meal to complain about semantics!
