Be Gentle With Yourself.

Its hard.  Its bloody hard.

Its harder to learn to love yourself than it is to love someone else.

Learning all your insecurities, and things that set you off...its really fuckin hard.

But what isnt hard, is thanking yourself.  

Tonight i broke down again.

      But when i got home.

I turned my lights dim, and turned on my firefly jar.

      turned on my dads old Tape machine, threw in a mixtape.

Grabbed some poetry, and set a plan to write a bunch of quotes and pin it to the walls of my room

Im going to light some incense.  And i got my joint beside me.

The thing is...i know i have to be soft with myself sometimes.  As hard as it is.

I want to push myself at the gym, and with friends.  I want to be THAT guy.

But sometimes you just cant.  and you have to recover first.

So I like soft art, with a good mood, and calm vibes.

Im going to live this way tonight.  so that tommorow i may be better.

Be kind to yourself.  You are your own savior.  and you are the only one that can make your own heart beat with purpose.

22. do you have an emotional support water bottle?

I actually don’t! But I do have two designated water bottles I take to work, and ones I only use at home. None of them have stickers on them bc the level of sticker commitment is too scary for me.
