Managed Solutions Center Solutions Architect
The Managed Solution Center Solution Architect will work as part of the MSC team to provide pre-sales architecture and technical leadership to the SIS sales team for the development and advancement of MSC hosted sales opportunities as assigned. The Solution Architect is a technical, customer facing role with responsibility for activities including opportunity validation, data collection processes, solution architecture, pricing and proposal generation, reporting and forecasting for the solutions that will be architected, sold & supported as part of the SIS Managed Solution Center cloud offerings. The Solution Architect role will coordinate the development and onboarding transition of MSC opportunities with other members of the MSC engineering team as required.
Qualifications:
The most qualified candidate for this position will have the following:
Expert knowledge in the areas of networking, security, virtual platform architecture, virtual backup architecture, virtual storage architecture, IBM Power Platform, HA/DR architecture and multi-tenant architectures;
Experience with Cisco, Brocade, VMware, IBM x, i and p Series, IBM DS & Netapp Storage platforms;
Ability to develop & document customer solution requirements across network, security, platform, storage and backup;
Ability to apply customer solution requirements to MSC offerings and develop pricing models & deliverables for customer consideration;
Excellent presentation skills in interfacing/collaborating with multiple groups and executives to architect and deliver technical MSC solutions;
Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions;
Ability to take ownership of projects and be accountable for results;
Ability to coach and motivate less experienced team members to achieve their goals and the ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups;
Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and balance multiple project requests;
5+ years’ experience in Network, Security & VMware Architecture, with a minimum of 3 years of experience designing and implementing networking, security and infrastructure in a multi-tenant ISP Datacenter environment and/or cloud computing environment;
Bachelor's degree in computer science; information systems or related field, or equivalent experience required;
Knowledge of security certification policies; and practices, including SSAE16, PCI, HIPAA and FISMA;
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and ability to work in a team environment;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and file management.
.NET Systems Architect
Tasks:
The resource will be responsible for providing architecture, detail design, and development support for the Health Benefit Exchange Project.
Required Skills:
Candidate must have:
· Extensive experience in designing, developing and implementing large scale web based applications using Microsoft Technologies, including data modelling, object modelling, .Net 2.0 and above, SQL Server 2008 and above, C# and Service Oriented Architecture
· Experience in working with cross sector teams including development, infrastructure and network operations teams
· Experience in reviewing and producing technical documentation
· Familiar with MITA/ CCIIO/ CMS IT guidelines
· Experience with Eligibility and Enrollment Applications
· Modernization of legacy systems including data conversion
· Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Claims based Authentication
Preferred Skills:

Sharepoint Architect
Required Skills:

· Extensive experience in InfoPath
· Experience in developing custom web parts and workflows using Visual Studio and SharePoint Designer
· Experience in handling high volume of documents/ transactions and large SharePoint lists and indexed columns
· Experience in CAML queries
· Experience in working with cross sector teams including development, infrastructure and network operations teams
· Experience in reviewing and producing technical documentation

Senior BizTalk Consultant
Extensive experience in Designing, Developing, Deploying, Configuring, Maintaining, Integrating HIGH volume Enterprise Messaging Solutions using the latest BizTalk Tools and Technology
· BizTalk Artifacts – Schemas, Orchestrations, Maps and Pipelines
· ESB and HIS toolkits
· Enhancing functionality by writing custom code, strong .Net experience
· Adaptors – Out of the Box Adaptors as well as Custom Adaptors
· Messaging with HIPAA, X12 and HL7
· BAM
· Preferred experience with web development.
