Okay, so it's been established that belief has power. What if someone associates music to some event, like the Song of Storms to creating or quickening storms, or the Song of Healing to speed recovery or ease pain. Would that depend on the power of the belief, or the power of the person? It's also been noted that music has a sense of dangerous power. Would playing, or whistling a song be as dangerous as singing it?

Further in the Elsewhere it might have some effect, but not on campus proper beyond small, small things.
