hello members! beth and i just wanted to make an announcement that we have revised our guidelines. what has been altered? the amount of celebrities you're allowed to have. our current limit is 6 total. however, there has been some interest from some to raise that. so, we've decided to up that to 8 total. please remember, the same rule of waiting 4 days from your last pick up still applies. we would also like for all members to re-read our guidelines for a refresher, just click here. once you've done so, please like this post, that way we know you're up to speed on the changes. as always, if there are any questions - please feel free to reach out! we would also like to take a moment to thank you all for being amazing, and making this group such a fun and creative space for us all. with you, we wouldn't be here! <3

hello members, we come to you with another slight change to our guidelines. while the last thing we want to do is go strict with our activity rules, we do want to make sure we're doing our best to keep the group thriving. so, because of this if you were on an activity check, with a warning, you have until the next activity check (that will always be done 6+ days afterwards) to improve. otherwise you will unfortunately be reopened. please note that this only applies for two activity checks one right after the other.

also, regarding activity checks during the holidays. activity checks will run up until the 15th december and will not resume again until 5th january. this is to take some of the stress off those who celebrate christmas, who work in jobs that gets busy this time of year, or anyone who may need a break. please note that we do still expect activity and for people to be on the dash whenever they can.

hello members, we unfortunately come to you with a more serious notice today, due to a couple of anons we've received. please can we make sure that we're including everybody within the group. whether it's plotting, engaging with ooc posts, answering plot/starter calls or just branching out in general. we understand it can be easier to plot with friends, but it never hurts just to try and create connections with others. since the anon mentioned pre-established ships, we do want to state that we allow people to ship with whoever they are most comfortable with. it's not something we keep an eye on, nor is it something we ever have an issue with. as long as said people are still engaging and plotting with others, that's the main thing. please remember that plotting is always a two way street. are you making sure you're branching out? have you tried to make a plot call? are you contibuting towards the plot? i would highly suggest having some plots already written down for people to choose from, as it has always worked for me.

we understand your frustration, and we truly want to help make this experience the best it can be. so, if the anon wishes to reach out privately to the admins we would be more than happy to listen and help further.

group closure ... hello members. it comes with a heavy heart that both admins have decided to close the doors on sohwoodfm. while we've had the best experience, unfortunately with the holidays approaching, it seems like sohwoodfm has run its course. right now it is not feasible to keep the group open and we wish everyone all the best. to anyone who has been a part of this group, thank you for making the last month as fun as it was.

hello! just a quick post, it's nothing serious! but, we are starting to get the gossip blog going. we were so glad to see people had send in stuff already. however, we just wanted to make this post to remind members that we are doing gossip blogs a little differently. we won't be answering questions or giving opinions. instead, members can send gossip in as if they are the source giving it to the blog. this can be done either as a standard anon, a blind item, or you can submit it with some photos and we will write up as a tabloid style post.

we want members to utilise the gossip in pushing along their plots. so, if you ever need something to go public then send it in! please please please do not hesitate to send stuff in about your own celebrities! it's what the gossip blog is for!

hello members! while i haven't really been around on the dash today, i have been working behind the scenes on the main! as you've probably seen, i've posted our first meme to celebrate one week of being open! i am also doing some prep work for our first event, which i'm hoping will happen at the end of the month. lastly, i've put together a co-admin app for anybody that might be interested in joining the team! this app will stay up until i've found 1-2 admins to help keep this group thriving! thank you! ♡
