Go to http://www.tumblr.com/blog/soilsongs
There is a button, on the side, that says "blog settings."
Scroll down a bit, there is a thing that says "ask."
Check "let people ask questions." You can also check "allow anonymous questions" if you want, but you don't have to.
Ta dah! Now people can send you messages on Tumblr!
P.S. While you're at it, you should also enable replies. Right above the ask heading.
