They’re clearly both VERY SECURE dudes who TOTALLY DO NOT tear up at pixar movies, nope.

-Who wears the ugly holiday garb?

Why hog all the ugly holiday sweaters themselves when they can wear a matching couples’ ugly sweaters and make all their friends and families groan?

-Who pays for the meals?

They like to take turns, but more often than not Naoya pays because he likes to surprise his bf with food.

-Who slams the oven door and who plays the trombone?

Sokka on the trombone, Naoya on the oven door. Lt. Wash is disappointed in both of them.

-Who brings home stray animals?

Naoya, but not on purpose. 90% of stray animals love him, it’s more of a side-effect of his mindbreaker abilities.

-Who leaves the bathroom door open?

Naoya when he showers. Sokka when he shaves.

-Who tells the ‘dad jokes’?

Sokka, as Naoya doesn’t have experience with those.

-Who wants kids more?

Honestly? Naoya. He wants kids, he just doesn’t want to be forced by his family to have them.

-Who travels more?

Sokka. Naoya will occasionally fake travel ho on his insta tho.

I’d say Naoya since he works 3 jobs and he’s always somehow broke boy takes a shot every time the song says SHOTS BUUUT Naoya ain’t the one who has to have all his bags match his belts and shoes. 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

-Who buys the things in infomercials?

If it’s stupid enough, they’ll buy it and mock it together.

-Who draws in the dust on their cars?

Naoya writes “wash me”, the next day the car is washed. “It’s magic!” Naoya exclaims to his boyfriend, knowing full well Sokka washed the car.

-Who starts the snowball fights?

Sokka. He starts and then regrets.

-Who throws away the directions to things?

Neither.

-Who puts up holiday decor?

Naoya falls asleep halfway through, Sokka finishes the rest.

-Who is more likely to forget to bathe?

They both like being clean, but it depends on what’s happening. Sokka forgets when he gets wrapped up in planning things and reading stuff, Naoya will have depression days.

-Who gets more obsessed about things?

Sokka by a long shot.

-Who sings in the shower more often?

Naoya, he’s actually got a nice voice... even if all he sings are annoying pop and Disney songs.

"Naoya, you look kinda sick." Sokkoya.

“Naoya, you look kinda sick.” Sokka looked down at the smaller-but-older teenager, slumped over on the table with his face half-buried in his sleeves.

Large amber eyes rolled open, underlined by dark bags. The blithe look said it all.

“You stayed up all night again, didn’t you?”

“No,” Naoya childishly mumbled in reply. With a heavy sigh, his eyes closed again.

“Why’d you stay up this time, more weird things you’re picking up with your feely-feel senses?” Sokka half-snorted, but ended up rolling his eyes when the only reply the hazel-haired boy gave was a small shrug. “If you’re going to nap, at least do it on the couch or something.”

Naoya opened his eyes again, tiredly considering the option. He slid his arms out from under his head, resting his chin on the table itself, and held them up - making grabby motions with his hands at the brunette.

“I’m not carrying you to the couch.”

“Mnn,” the psychic whined. Naoya gave an exhausted-looking, intensely childish frown; and made his grabby hands go faster. “Please?”

“You can whine all you want, but I’m not going to carry you to the couch.”

“But I’m siiiiiiick.”

Sokka x Naoya Itsuki

Name: Aki Itsuki

Gender: Male

General Appearance: Bronze skin color, Naoya’s amber eyes, got Sokka’s nose and ears tho. Dark hazel hair, likes ponytails.

Personality: He’s careful with his words but talks a lot around people he’s comfortable with. Like Sokka he has a habit of enjoying kinda cheesy things (and shopping) and can be very sarcastic, and unfortunately he got both his parent’s punny sense of humor. He might be graceful like Naoya, but he gets Sokka’s facial expressions.

Special Talents: As far as powers go he got Naoya’s empathy abilities and people skills, but beyond that he’s very mechanically intelligent like Sokka.

Who they take after more: Sokka

Personal Head canon: Given his own feminine upbringing and obviously masculine name, Naoya really wanted a gender-neutral name for his kid and did not budge from that idea - and he often let Aki pick out his own clothing (outside of formal events) and toys. Sokka taught him swordfighting and not to smith weapons in the house.
