If she were ground level, she probably wouldn't have mistaken someone the way she did. Being high up and watching the small people down below made it hard to see. SO, of course when she sees a metal being, Yumine gets fairly excited.
To the person she's SWOOPING downward near: sorry. She must look a little huge with the size of her wingspan!
There's a good distance between her and this stranger when she lands though. Talons grazes gently against pavement when she grounds herself. She shakes her wings and folds them against her back. It's all in the wings that makes her larger than she really is. She's tiny compared to this tall being.
When blue eyes focuses on the person in front of her, the excited smile wavers.
"Ah," She had mistaken him for someone that could have been from Ramattra's world. A fellow omnic!
Though as she stands there, speechless, she realizes: so what if he was? What kind of news would that be for Ramattra?
Mentally she shakes all the worry and thoughts from her head. She's sure one day one of his people will show up. This place is mysterious like that. for now though?
She has some explaining to do!
