SOLAR DRIFT
Sleep walking.
Wandering aimlessly.
I must find you.

Powerless and empty I turn to the sky.
My restless eyes constantly searching the heavens
A flashing vision in my minds eye
Shades of pastel blues and gold cover me
There she is, there in that sunrise.
That sunrise that will forever haunt me until you return.
Your tired eyes watching me
Worshipping me with every glance
Your touch feels of blissful safety
Your eyes.. Those stunning brown eyes
Shinning amber in the rising sunlight
I am stopped in my tracks
