surely the monarchs didn’t think this grand party would keep uninvited guests out? the doors are so open, the guards stretched too thin, and the people too drunk. as the night progressed, it was too perfect a temptation not to bite.
and so they descended, spies of the rebellion. they’ll go completely unnoticed, drink wine alongside you, soak in every secret and attempt to suss out who might be sympathetic to their cause.
as of this post, dragons will be accepted under the circumstances found below the cut!
dragon spies [0/10]
some are quite sympathetic to plight of the dragons, the current monarchy has lasted too long. these people are trusted among the rebels, trusted enough to be sent into the den of lions. their mission is to record, observe, and report. further information will be delivered through the discord channel as needed. all dragons allowed in the roleplay right now will be spies, but not all spies for the rebellion must be dragons.
dragon order lore addition
a rare form. full shift into a winged beast. dragons fall into an elemental category, and have control over that element in any form. (water, fire, earth, air, ice, electricity, shadow, light) though rare, they tend to group together for power.
the dragons have developed a special charm that when worn, makes them smell like another order. they are unable to shift into that order, so they must be careful and contain their order forms. all dragons currently allowed will be acting as spies for the dragon rebellion lead by the dragon noble house of aesatra (learn more about that family on the nobility page !). these people should be of a lesser standing, and would otherwise go unnoticed.
nobility is still not being allowed yet.
if you are interested in playing a dragon that is not a spy, please contact the main so we can try to make it work.
the noble house of aesatra
this family is currently not playable, but players can use their knowledge of the family through threads or any ic related means. they are rumored to be the leaders of the rebellion, and have done nothing to prove otherwise.
lady helena aesatra, 157, dragon, charlize theron (npc)
lord tamriel aesatra, deceased, dragon, alan van sprang (npc)
child; tba aesatra, 45-50, dragon, not currently playable
child; tba aesatra, 34-42, dragon, not currently playable
child; tba aesatra, 26-33, dragon, not currently playable
child; tba aesatra, 21-24, dragon, not currently playable
since the first spilling of blood, the blame for the rebellion has landed on the shoulders of the dragon noble house, the aesatras. they fled from their home, no sign of the family or attempt to protest this accusation.
until most of the family shows up at the front gate of the alestrian palace five days after their house crest burnt into the queen’s gardens.
they claim innocence, their family framed and fear ran them into hiding. the king and queen are known to be benevolent rulers, but this information is truly a test of their grace. and where is the oldest child of house aesatra?
a ruling is passed, until they can prove or disprove this claim, the aesatra is to live in the palace, heavily guarded and monitored, and wear power dampening cuffs that allow minimal use of their magic. they are allowed free range of the palace, but not to step foot off the grounds.
so what do you believe? is it a ploy? or is there truly another mastermind behind all of this? and why is their oldest son not in attendance?
the dragon noble family is now playable, save the lord, lady, and eldest son.
we’ve added some new orders, check them out below the cut. the pages have been updated, including adding a noble family for each !
hellhound - night faction
a rare form, they can fully or partially shift into a large dog, and in some cases, a burning one. they are fire elementalists, with a specific type of fire that burns black and cannot be put out with water. they are not pack creatures and they tend to prefer no company over anything else. their bite is venomous, the only cure being the venom of a basilisk.
dryad - dawn faction
a common form, they can shift parts of their body into nature, even able to fully become a tree if need be. they are very tied to nature, and are earth elementalists. they tend to live away from the hustle and bustle of a city, uncomfortable when they are too far away from natural plants. however, if they do live in an urban area, it is probably near a park or some type of garden.
valkyrie - day faction
a moderate form, they can grow bright white, gold, or silver feathered wings that tend to span the same width as their height. they are light elementalists, and also very skilled fighters. valkyries are often found in protector roles, such as guards at the palace. they are known for their ornate weapons, often crafted by their own hands.
leviathan - dusk faction
a rare form, they can fully shift into a serpent water monster and can dictate their size. they are water elementalists primarily, but they also tend to be forever power hungry. they have a high metabolism and are almost always hungry, body burning through energy at a rapid pace. if they shift out of water, they cannot breathe, so many don’t shift often.
