hey love bugs! we’ve got a few new members, so i went ahead and summed up the previous plot drops on the plot page for you. in short, all characters are currently being kept in the castle or neighboring alestria academy, housed and fed. while the aesatra family has just arrived and claimed innocence. find those summaries below the cut!

PLOT DROP I.

dragon spies infiltrate the welcoming ball, one attempts to kill the king as the rest burn the crest of the dragon noble family (believed to be the leaders of the rebellion) into the queen’s gardens. the fire is massive, but no lives are lost. the monarchs issue a ruling that nobody is to leave while they sort this out. everyone is housed at the academy or the palace. security is heightened, guards given to all nobility.

PLOT DROP II.

the dragon noble family surfaces after a long period of hiding, claiming they aren’t to blame and seeking refuge. they are given power dampeners to wear until the king trusts their story, and guards are tasked with monitoring their whereabouts while they travel the palace. they aren’t allowed to leave.
