Really excited to finally share this! It’s the cover artwork for Solarpunk Press’s @solarpunkpress 8th issue! A friend is one of the lovely editors and I’ve been involved with the publication for a while in a number of different ways. Anyhow, they’re great and give them a look-see! Also! A note on commissions: We’re open for commissions and we take all size requests (within reason)! Price range is very flexible [can range from $15-$200+] and I work in various mediums (watercolor, pencil, ink, etc.). I also do tattoo design commissions! Have a question? And idea? Hey, during the break before our July issue, we’re taking the time to get some other things better organized -- one of those things is the Solarpunk Press mailing list, which we’ve been meaning to get together for a while. We got a bunch of signups at ConBust and the Pioneer Valley Zine Fest, but we haven’t really signal boosted the list elsewhere yet.
We promise never to share the list outside Solarpunk Press, nor will you receive more than 1 email per week through this list. If you want to be sure not to miss new information from Solarpunk Press, including the projects we’re doing during the break, this is where to get it.
Sunvault: Stories of Solarpunk and Eco-Speculation launched their Kickstarter today, and they've raised about $100 in the first three hours, so far. They're aiming for $5,000, and they open to submissions as soon as they hit their goal. The anthology is planned to release in Spring of next year. Check it out, and pledge if you want to get your hands on a copy of the anthology as soon as possible. There are still a bunch of special rewards left, including limericks and paintings. (I think I'm the first person to choose a pledge that includes one of Phoebe Wagner's spray art spacescapes, which are really cool.)
