What do you believe is a fair allowance for upkeep?

Good answer, I'm happy to do the thinking as long as you do your knightly duties. Including (but not limited to): fending off unworthy suitors, keeping thieves away, defeating knights of rivals, and checking for monsters under my bed before I sleep.

For that I will pay you in 3 meals a day, a comfy bed in your own room with access to private amenities, and upkeep money for your equipment.

I recon like 25 gold pieces is a reasonable amount to clean, sharpen and oil my blades & gear… but I’m happy to negotiate if needed.

Three meals a day???? a bed in my own room???? With my own private amenities???????? You got yourself a goddamn Nik For Hire™️ I don’t think I’ll ever get a better deal than that in this economy
