Hey, I don't wanna be like know it all-Y or something. But I'm taking boxing lessons rn and you should def wrap next time you hit the bag at least. It'll protect your knuckles cause it can cause more damage than bruises sometimes.
Yeah, I was wearing padded glove things but they were a bit big for me. idk. I wound up spending like another two hours punching and kicking it today and I don’t think I did any damage other than bruises. It’s fun though. Too bad punching bags are so expensive, otherwise I’d order one straight away. Catharsis, entertainment, and a workout all in one. Ha.
